Good evening. I am having trouble with making the nautical miles view change. I can zoom in but still cannot make out the runway numbers at all airports. Please help if you can. Thank you!

2021.12.06 03:12 Prestigious_Hunter52 Lloyd and Walker
You guys totally called it. The females being part of the problem... I thought to myself... "no way, they'll probably just hash it out and move on...". No... John sent away the women but the to our eyes that wasn't the problem. Lloyd is loyal. Was seeing Walker mess around with his girl salt-on-wound? Yea, sure it was. Doesn't mean he's pissed about the women being there. Walker's a shit talker. That was the lamest episode to date. Lloyd didn't do shit from the git. Walker's been runnin his mouth. Last man standing? They both stood and walked out of that corral. The only good thing in that episode was the scene where Rip stopped to give a damn and clearly didn't like what he did. Maybe he'll step in in a different way next time. None of it made made sense and it ain't fair to Lloyd.
Thanks for letting me vent.

2021.12.06 03:12 Timcsi_- Is this considered a prodrome?
Hi! So I’ve been battling with migraines, cluster and tension headaches for almost 10 years. Been to the doc, they found nothing fortunately, it seems that I’m sensitive for the weather. My question is that my headaches usually start by muscle stiffness around my neck and goes up to my head where it develops a headache. As far as I know, prodromes are pre-headache symptoms but I didn’t find this particular symptom listed anywhere. What I discovered recently is that I can stop a majority of these headaches from happening by using ice packs on the stiff parts and drinking a cup of cappuccino. I haven’t logged these preheadaches as I only want to log real headaches in my tracking app, but I think it would be important to log these ones as well because then I can show my future docs that these relief methods usually help me. Do you think I can log it as prodromes?

2021.12.06 03:12 Natural_Stop_3939 What video games expect pen-and-paper cartography?
Zork: The Great Underground Empire - Part I (1986) Excerpted from the manual:
To move from place to place, type the direction you want to go. When you begin your adventure, it is a good idea to become familiar with your surroundings by exploring every location and reading each description carefully. (You may notice that ZORK occasionally refers to a location as a "room", even if you are outdoors.) As you explore the Empire, it is helpful to draw a map of the geography.Lords of Midnight (1984)
Above all, at every stage of the game, you will only see the land of Midnight through the eyes of the characters and commanders you control. You will see no map plotting with unerring accuracy your own and the enemy’s dispositions. Instead, as you switch your attention to each of the characters you control, you will see only what they would see from the spot where they stand: a panoramic view drawn in full perspective. Looking into the distance, you will see the mountains and forests and hills of the lands of Midnight: you will see armies camped on the plains, great citadels rising in the distance, the forlorn ruins of long forgotten fortresses. And if you wish to see what lies beyond that mountain range, beyond that dark forest, you must move forward and look for yourself!I've been reading a lot of about TTRPG history and theory this week, and I found it interesting how in the old days, it was common for the DM to not show the party a map. It was common for the party to map out the dungeon themselves, or even the overland map, and getting lost was an important part of gameplay.
On hearing this story the PCs immediately decided to revive the tradition (just as I hoped they would) and started to carve their own crude map on a large table in the taproom of the Axe & Thistle. As the campaign went on all the PCs would gather around it, quaff an ale, and plan adventures. In the real world it was a single sheet of graph paper with the town and the neighboring areas drawn in pretty well, and then about four or five more pieces of graph paper taped on haphazardly whenever someone wandered off the edge or explored just a little bit farther. It seems like some early video games did this to, probably because they were drawing on the same TTRPG tradition, but it seems like few games do it these days. Just about all RPGs provide an accurate map, although a few like KCD have the option to hide the player map marker.
